“The peak of skill is to defeat the opponent without a fight”
Sun Tsu, Sun Wu, Sun Zi (544–496 BCE), who lived in the time of Confucius, the author of the world’s oldest martial arts textbook, is considered one of the first realists in the theory of international relations; his book is treated today as a textbook of praxeology (the theory of all purposeful human action) and reinterpreted in relation to other areas that require the use of strategies, such as management (enterprises, services, state / states).
2500-year-old Master Sun Instructions and Teachings:
“How to weaken and destroy the state, how to enslave and humiliate the nation?”
1 ● Destroy all that is best in the enemy’s country and take resources and fruits of labor. Make people poor and leave them feeling indebted. Take away their joy, individuality, value and purposefulness from their work.
2 ● Make fun of his God (gods), his faith, tarnish the tradition and rituals, diminish the importance of national holidays. Break the spirit and authority of spiritual guides, teachers and priests, take away their credibility. Hit their good name. And at the right moment, throw them to the contempt of their fellow countrymen. Instead of true teachers, give preference to false prophets (mythomans, megalomaniacs, troublemakers) and material-hungry skillful orators who will deftly use perverted teachings to deceive, lead us away from faith, and rob the nation.
3 ● Degrade the authority of those in power, involve them in the dark interests and bring disgrace and repugnance to society on them.
4 ● Start quarrels and sow discord in the nation. 5 ● Rebel the young against the old and the old against the young. Make them disrespect the values and experiences of the older / younger generation, teach them to repeat “in my time”, “what can you know”, “you don’t know anything”.
6 ● Make the activities of authorities and offices more difficult. Introduce as much and unjust bureaucracy as possible, making it difficult to understand rights, emphasizing obligations and penalties, introduce fees, signs, seals, credentials and any experts to delay people’s initiatives, decisions and actions; repeat that it is for their good, safety and that everything is done honestly and reliably.

9 ● Do not spare:
→ deceptive promises
→ money offers — rarely met and to a minimum extent — enough to gain credibility
→ flattery and false praise
→ corrupt gifts, but, contrary to appearances, of little value. Do not regret your money, because the money spent in this way will pay for itself 100 times.
10 ● Weaken the advancement of the enemy’s armed forces wherever possible. Take back your weapons, self-defense and martial arts skills — telling you to protect them. If the commander is fierce and prone to anger, insult him and make him furious until irritated and confused he rushes on you without a plan and recklessly. ● Move them away from learning and development, let them focus on accumulating material things with a sense of insufficiency and the constant threat of losing them. All this will bear fruit for you in the future.
